Sandra Ann Pearson

Rockmart, GA   Mrs. Sandra Ann Gibson Pearson, 73, went home to be with Jesus, Sunday, September 30, 2018, in the Cartersville Medical Center. Cartersville, GA, following an extended illness.   Mrs. Pearson was born Oct. 22, 1944, in Brooksville, FL to the late William James Gibson and Edith Stewart Gibson. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Place of Blessings Church of God, Argyle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Ruffian Pearson, Sr., one grandson, Thomas Sellers and one sister, Gail Batton.       Survivors are three daughters and son-in-law: Tammy & Johnny Mathews, Las Vegas, NV, Pam Taft and Deanna Pearson, both of Homerville; three sons and daughters-in-law: Tommy & Kathy Pearson, Cartersville, GA, Rick & Angie Pearson and D. J. & Donna Pearson, all of Euharlee, GA;  seventeen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.   Funeral services for Mrs. Pearson will be held Thursday, October 4, 2018 at two o’clock at the Place of Blessings Church of God, Argyle.   Interment will be in the Shiloh Church Cemetery.   The family will receive friends Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018, from 6 until at the Place of Blessings Church of God.   Sympathy maybe expressed by signing the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net.   Roundtree Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
