Mrs. Sara Nellouise Cribbs Ellis, 72, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2020, at her residence.
Mrs. Ellis was born, December 6, 1947, in Homerville, GA, to the late Ison Dewey Cribbs and Sara Mae Cribbs. She attended the Higher Heights Christian Fellowship and had worked as the manager of Quick Change in Fargo. She was proceeded in death by her parents, her husband: Cecil Daniel Ellis; a grandson: Benton Carter; three brothers: Melvin Allen Cribbs, Elton Cribbs and Willard Cribbs.
Survivors are one daughter: Tina Howling (William), Fargo; one son: Jerome Ellis (Lea), Manor; two sisters: Mary Alice Guess (Bobby), Pearson and Ima Jean Knowles, Fargo; three brothers: Dewey Allen Cribbs (Wesley Jane), James Elmer Cribbs (Wanda) both of Jasper and Dennis Lamar Cribbs (Karen), Keaton Beach, FL; one sister-in-law: Ruth Cribbs, Jasper, FL; four grandchildren: Wendy Mullis (Zach), Brad Ellis (Katelyn), Trevor Ellis (Olivia) and Lesley Howling; three great grandchildren: AnaLee Mullis, Lily Mullis, Aniston Carter; special pet: JenJen; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services for Mrs. Ellis will be held Sunday, October 18, 2020 at two o’clock at the Fargo Church of God. Due to the Covid-19, everyone is asked to wear a mask at the funeral service.
Interment will be in the Fargo Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday, October 18, 2020 from one till two p.m. at the church.
