Martha Smith Isaac

Martha Smith Isaac, 73, of Homerville passed away Thursday, March 9, 2023, at River Brook Healthcare Center after a short illness. She was born in Clinch County to the late William Henry Smith and Ethel Richardson Sumner and lived here most of her life. Mrs. Isaac was a member of Shiloh Church and loved to go fishing and to crochet.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles “Buddy” Smith and Henry Levon Smith.

Survivors include her husband, Danny Isaac of Homerville; six children, Troy Smith of Homerville, Tommy Smith of Waycross, Charlie Isaac of California, Chuck Isaac (Cathi) of Houston, TX, Cindy Pharr (Denny) of Jacksonville, FL, Cody Isaac of Homerville; four grandchildren, Ethan Isaac, Aiden Isaac, Jayden Isaac, and Bentley Blakenship; living mother, Shirley Smith Finley of Homerville; four sisters, Margaret Miller (Lavern) of Homerville, Teresa Smith of Homerville, Lori Reeves (Randy) of Irwinville, and Lavada Pitts (Gabby) of Homerville; one brother, Jeffery Smith of Jacksonville; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held Monday evening, March 13, 2023, at 7 pm at Shiloh Church.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6 pm until 7 pm at the church and at other times at 436 Carswell St., Homerville.
