Janeard Allen Hendricks

Homerville, GA   Mr. Janeard Allen Hendricks, 63, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018, in the South Georgia Medical Center, Valdosta, following a short illness.   Mr. Hendricks was born August 20, 1954, in Clinch County to the late Sammie Hendricks, Sr., and Mary Thrift Hendricks. He retired from the Clinch County Board of Commissioners as the Road Department Superintendent, where he was employed for 40 years. He was preceded in death by one daughter: Lori Hendricks.   Survivors are four sons and daughters-in-law: Steven & Vonda Hendricks, Bill & Ava Hendricks, Jamie & Tracy Hendricks, all of Homerville, and Derick & Allison Prescott, Raleigh, NC; two sisters: Zelda Jordan and Kim Davis, both of Homerville; three brothers and sisters-in-law: Andy & Faye Hendricks, Homerville, Matt & Carol Hendricks, Stockton and Doug & Loretta Hendricks, Homerville; eighteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other relatives.   Funeral services for Mr. Hendricks will be held Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at twelve o’clock from the Shiloh Church.   Interment will be in the Shiloh Church Cemetery.   The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. till 12 P.M. at the Shiloh Church.   Sympathy may be expressed by signing the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net   Roundtree Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
