Henry Padgett

  Mr. Henry Padgett, 80, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2019, at his residence following an extended illness.   Mr. Padgett was born July 27, 1938, in Hamilton County, FL to the late Abe Padgett and Emily Starling Padgett. He had worked for Griffis Logging and was a member of the Edith Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by one son: Jarrell Padgett.   Survivors are his wife: Helen S. Padgett, Fargo; One son: Danny & Melissa Yomans, Fargo; one sister: Louise Lofton, Homerville; one brother: Edward Padgett, Valdosta; one granddaughter: Savannah Yomans, Nashville; 2 great grandchildren: Haylen King and Presley Ann King; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.   Funeral services for Mr. Padgett will be held Sunday, June 30, 2019 at three o’clock at the Edith Baptist Church.   Interment will be in the Boney Bluff Cemetery.   The family will receive friends Saturday, June 29, 2019, from 6 till 8 p.m. at the funeral home.   Sympathy maybe expressed by signing the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net.   Roundtree Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
