F. Geneva Harper Hardee, was born February 3, 1945 to the late Johnny and Beatrice Stephens Harper and danced her way into Heaven on Monday, August 24, 2020. Geneva was a member of Lighthouse Assembly of God. She loved serving the Lord and now she’ll spend eternity worshipping and praising Him. She also loved to spend time with her family and she filled many homes with loving puppies over the years. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Hardee, one son, Marty Graddy, one grandson, Cody Burch; five brothers, Glen Harper, Junior Harper, Thomas Harper, Billy Harper, and Edward Harper; two sisters, Dorothy Massey and Betty Sue Powell. Survivors include one son, Scott Harper of Homerville, two daughters, Lisa H. Pittman (Matt) of Homerville, Tracy Burch (Hank) of Homerville; eight grandchildren, Dustin Burch, Brooke Harper, Slade Pittman, Jaime Harper, Harley Graddy Sammons, Dylan Graddy, Emma Burch, Grayson Graddy; three great-grandchildren, Rayce Harper, Bexley Sammons, and Beau Sammons; four sisters, Margaret Moody of Homerville, Elizabeth Burney of Alabama, Evelyn Taylor (Wendell) of Nashville, GA, Barbara Harper of Douglas; one brother, Jimmy Harper of Douglas; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. A funeral service will be held Wednesday morning, August 26, 2020, at 11 am at the Roundtree Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pine Forest Cemetery.
