Mr. Dennis Brendon Doran, 72, passed away Monday, January 27, 2020, at his home, surrounded by his loving family, following an extended illness. Mr. Doran was born December 7, 1947, in Ware County, GA, to the late Raymond Doran and Grace O’Quinn Doran Sessoms. He was owner of O’Quinn Auto and Electric in Waycross and was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his son: Dale Doran and brother: David Doran. Survivors are his wife: Blenda Cox Doran; one daughter: Denny Doran Barnard; one grandson: Brendon Joseph Barnard; one great grandson: Odin Barnard; one sister: Lea Doran Louis; his mother-in-law: Erma Cox; one sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Carleen & Denny Hill, all of Homerville; several nieces, nephews and a number of other relatives. Graveside memorial services for Mr. Doran will be held Saturday, February 1, 2020 at two o’clock in the Shiloh Church Cemetery.
