Atwell Johns Raymond

Homerville, GAMrs. Atwell Jane Johns Raymond, 61, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018, in the Satilla Memorial Hospital, Waycross, following a short illness.   Mrs. Raymond was born Nov. 11, 1956, in Homerville, GA to the late Levi Johns and Jacquelyn O’Berry Johns. She had worked for Clinch HealthCare as CNA and was a member of the Indian Mound Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Eddie Mobley and Dale Raymond, Jr; three brothers: Harry Johns, Ronnie Johns and Michael Johns.       Survivors are four daughters and sons-in-law: Donna Renee & Walter Courson, Pearson, GA, Mandy & Dukes Delk, Stockton, GA, Stephanie Raymond, Vietnam and Roxanne Raymond, Virginia; three brothers & sisters-in-law: Terry Johns and Marshall & Doris Johns, both of Homerville, Tim & Elizabeth Johns, Libertyville, IL; five grandchildren, one great grandchild, a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.   Funeral services for Mrs. Raymond will be held Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at eleven o’clock at the Indian Mound Missionary Baptist Church.   Interment will be in the Indian Mound Church Cemetery.   The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 till 8 p.m. at the Indian Mound Missionary Baptist Church.   Sympathy maybe expressed by signing the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net.   Roundtree Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
