Mr. Alvin “Tiny” Manac, 65, passed away Monday, February 24, 2020, in the Hospice House Satilla, Waycross, surrounded by his loving family, following a short illness. Mr. Manac was born April 20, 1954, in Pineville, LA, to the late Harve Manac and Loney Bell Henson Manac. He worked for Leo Bagley Post Company as a truck driver and attended the Church of God. He was an enrolled member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, Atmore, AL and was preceded in death by three brothers: Don Manac, Calvin Manac and Carl Wayne Manac; and one sister: Laverne Henson Stabler.. Survivors are his wife: Teresa Manac, Waycross; three sons and daughters-in-law: Donny & Andrienne Manac, Homerville, Caleb & Magen Manac, Ohio and Taylor & Jamie Manac, Waycross; four sisters and brothers-in-law: Carol & Billy Graddy, Fargo, Maggie Johns, Homerville, Cathy & Dolan Carver, Fruitland and Sue & Randy Stone, Pearson; three brothers and sisters-in-law: Bonnie & Minnie Lee Manac, Fruitland, Carlvin & Pat Manac, DuPont and James Carl & Diane Manac, Statenville; nine grandchildren: Gabriel Manac, Josiah & Aryeana Manac, Jude Manac, Xaiden Manac, Rowan Manac, Chauncey Manac, Ashton Manac, Yolanda Prester and Fineise Prester; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services for Mr. Manac will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020 at two o’clock at the Place of Blessings Church of God, Argyle. Interment will be in the Pine Forest Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, February 28, 2020 from six till eight p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Manac will be carried to the church one hour prior to the services.
