Rev. Johnny William Westmoreland, Jr.

Homerville, GA Rev. Johnny William Westmoreland, Jr., 48, passed away Sunday morning, Nov. 28, 2010, in the Clinch Memorial Hospital. Rev. Westmoreland, was born July 29, 1962, in Homerville, GA., He worked 19 years at Brockway Standard as a lithograph pressman, and was founder and pastor of the Harvest Time Church of God, Homerville. He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny William Westmoreland, Sr., one daughter, Delenna Kaycee Westmoreland, one brother, James Edward Westmoreland. Survivors are his wife: Kathy Altman Westmoreland, Homerville: one daughter and son-in-law: Elizabeth & Ben Johnston, Homerville; one son and daughter-in-law: Brent “Peanut” & Helene Westmoreland, DuPont; his mother and step-father: Ruby Dell Smith & Jerry Deese, Homerville; two sisters: Ginger Arnold, Homerville & Cindy Deese, Valdosta; two brothers: George Edward Westmoreland, Oklahoma and Johnny Deese, Douglas; three grandchildren: Morgan Dukes & Logan Dukes, DuPont and Cameron Lynn, Waycross and a number of other relatives. Services for Rev. Westmoreland will be held Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at 2 p.m. from the Harvest Time Church of God. Internment will be in the Shiloh Church Cemetery The family will receive friends Monday, Nov. 29, 2010, from 5 til 9 pm at the Harvest Time Church of God, Pearson Hwy, Homerville, GA.
