Homerville, GA Mrs. Lola Mae Steedley Lee, 75, passed away, Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at her daughter’s residence in Tifton, following a short illness. Mrs. Lee was born, September 10, 1935 in Clinch County, to the late Jessie James Steedley and Edna Grace Fullwood Steedley. Mrs. Lee was a retired bus driver for the Clinch County Board of Education and was Methodist by faith. She was preceded in death by one sister, Dartha Guess and one brother, James Earl Steedley. Survivors are her husband Eugene Talmadge Lee, Tifton; two daughters: Debbie Usry, Tifton and Gene Lee, Homerville; seven sisters Janice Douglas, Homerville, Sara Dorman, Gainesville, FL, Geraldine Smith, Macon, Jaunelle Maddox, Iris Smith, Robyn Jewell all of Homerville; two brothers, Jesse Revis Steedley and Ranson Steedley, both of Homerville; two grandchildren Tyeler Lee Thomas and Maci Melinda Crosby of Homerville and a number of other relatives. Graveside services for Mrs. Lee will be held Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 2 p.m. in Pine Forest Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, October 9, 2010, from 6 till 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Roundtree Funeral Home is serving the Lee Family.
