Kathy Marie Rewis

Homerville, GA Mrs. Kathy Marie Stalvey Rewis, 58, passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010, in the Memorial Medical Center, Savannah, GA, following a brief illness. Mrs. Rewis was born March 13, 1952, to the late, Joe O. Stalvey and Mary Imogene Smith Stalvey Futch. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by one brother, Roger Stalvey. Survivors are her husband: Glenn Albert Rewis, Homerville; one daughter and son-in-law: Heather & Richard Guy, Homerville; one son: Christian Joseph Rewis, Homerville; one sister and brother-in-law: Mary Jo & Nick Booth, Homerville; one brother and sister-in-law: Keith & Irma Stalvey, Homerville; four grandchildren: Logan Guy, Gavin Guy, Allie Guy and Simon Guy, all of Homerville; a special niece, Candice Stalvey Lashley, Homerville, and several other relatives. Services for Mrs. Rewis will be held Friday, July 2, 2010, at eleven o’clock from the Shiloh Southern Congregational Methodist Church. Internment will be in the Shiloh Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday night from 7 till 9 pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Rewis will be carried to the church one hour prior to the services.
