James Donald Lieupo, Sr.

Homerville, GA Mr. James Donald Lieupo, Sr., 83, passed away Monday evening, July 20, 2009, at his residence. Mr. Lieupo was born May 12, 1926, in Clinch County, to the late Daniel Murphy Lieupo & Maude Dickerson Lieupo. He was a self-employed Truck Driver, a member of the Homerville Free Will Baptist Church, and a veteran of the United States Army during the Korean War. Mr. Lieupo was preceded in death by two great-grandchildren: John Wesley Lieupo & Millie Lieupo; and a brother: Charles Lieupo. Survivors are his wife of 59 years: Trudie Janette Grantham Lieupo, of Homerville; two daughters: Bonnie Gail Lieupo, & Donna Ruth Lieupo, both of Homerville; three sons: James Donald Lieupo, Jr., Charlie Ronald Lieupo, & John Russell Lieupo, all of Homerville; one brother: Philip N. Lieupo, of Leesburg, GA; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several other relatives. Graveside Services for Mr. Lieupo will be held Thursday, July 23, 2009, at four o’clock, in the Pine Forest Cemetery. The family will receive friends from the Roundtree Funeral Home, Wednesday evening, July 22, 2009, from 7 til 9 pm. Roundtree Funeral Home is serving the Lieupo family
