Homerville, GA Mrs. Ina Jean Bennett, 84, passed away, Monday, July 4, 2016, at her residence. Mrs. Bennett was born April 16, 1932, in Homerville, Georgia to the late Louis Cason and Nellie Kight Cason. She worked for Clinch Memorial Hospital as a payroll and accounts payable clerk. She loved to bake cakes and was a member of New Vision Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Rudolph Bennett and a sister, Katie Bostik. Survivors: One daughter and son-in-law: Patricia (Stanley) Stalvey of Homerville, GA; Two sons and daughters-in-law: Alan (Vana) Bennett and Mike (Paula) Bennett both of DuPont, GA; Three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Verna Nell Thomas of Valdosta, GA Myrtle (Tommy) Douglas of DuPont, GA. Latrelle (Billy) Wrye of Stockton, GA; Four brothers and sisters-in-law: Billy (Patricia Ann) Cason of Hahira, GA, Raymond (Helen) Cason of Nashville, GA, Ronnie (Faye) Cason of Millwood, GA, and Danny (Joyce) Cason of Homerville, GA; Eight Grandchildren; Eighteen Great Grandchildren; One Great-Great Grandchild; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Graveside services for Mrs. Bennett will be held Friday, July 8, 2016, at 11 a.m. at the Shiloh Church Cemetery.
