Mrs. Jane Reliford Daniels, 60, passed away Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family, following an extended illness. Mrs. Daniels was born Sept. 4, 1955, in Douglas, GA to the late John Reliford and Minnie Mae Lindsey Reliford. She was a self-employed truck driver and was a member of the Tanner Baptist Church, Douglas. She was preceded in death by her first husband: Douglas Daniels; one son: Danny Joe Daniels; sisters: Evon Reliford, Betty Nell Reliford, and Janice Reliford; brothers: Blue Reliford and Earl Reliford. Survivors are her husband: Wayne Carter, Douglas: four daughters: April Ricks Daniels and Sherry Daniels, both of Homerville and Nezzie Howling and Ruth Howling, both of Okeechobee, FL; two sons: Doug Daniels, New Orleans and James Howling, Okeechobee, FL; two brothers: Doodle Reliford, Homerville and Calvin Reliford, Douglas; 13 grandchildren: Cherish, Danielle, Chelsea, Denver, Chance, Chandlor, Timothy, Billy, Daren, Earnie, Gaylon, Lane and James; 4 great grandchildren: Braxton and three others, a number of nieces & nephews and other relatives. Memorial service for Mrs. Daniels will be held Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015, at two o’clock in the chapel of Roundtree Funeral Home. Memorization will be by cremation.
