William Bernice Register

Waycross, GA Mr. William Bernice Register, 77, passed away Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009 in the Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Register was born, November 10, 1931 in Clinch County, GA to the late Gus Register and Nancy Young Register. He had lived in Fargo most of his life before moving to Waycross. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict, attended the Fargo Church of God and was a retired logger. Survivors are a daughter: Carlene Harper, Fargo; a son and daughter-in-law: Jason & Reba Register, Waycross: one grandson: Dewayne Willis, Fargo: two great grandchildren: Alexis Willis, Homerville & Kallie Willis, Fargo; and several other relatives. Memorial services for Mr. Register will be held Sunday, March 1, 2009 at three o’clock from the chapel of Roundtree Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.
