Homerville, GA Mr. Willard Manley Morris, 73, passed away suddenly, Friday, May 15, 2015, at his residence. Mr. Morris was born April 7, 1942, in Homerville, GA, to the late Redmond Manley Morris and Jessie Mae Corbitt Morris. He was a retired electrician’s helper with Quality Electric, was a member of the Homerville First Baptist Church and enjoyed working with his rental properties. He was a retired veteran with the U. S. Navy Reserves. He was preceded in death by one brother, Leon Morris, Sr. Survivors are his wife: Constance Regina “Connie” Bush Morris, Homerville; one daughter and son-in-law: Kimberly & James Fitzgerald, Homerville; one son: Keith Morris, Homerville; one sister: Annette Mayes, Homerville; three grandchildren: Julie Fitzgerald, George Fitzgerald and Katie Fitzgerald, all of Homerville; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services for Mr. Morris will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at eleven o’clock in the Homerville First Baptist Church. Interment will be in the Arabia Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends, Monday, May 18, 2015 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Morris will be carried to the church one hour prior to the services.
