Homerville, GA Mrs. Margaret Kelton Treadaway, 82, passed away Thursday, Dec. 11, 2014 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family, following an extended illness. Mrs. Treadaway was born Sept. 5, 1932, in Murfreesboro, TN, to the late Herbert Kelton and Vera Earp Kelton. She was a homemaker and a member of the Statenville Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husband: Alton N. Treadaway; son: David Treadaway; sister: Annie Ruth Kelton; brother: Herbert Kelton and brother-in-law: Harry Rawlins. Survivors include her daughter & son-in-law: Peggy & Dennis Morgan, Homerville; one daughter-in-law: Becky Treadaway, Jacksonville, FL; three sisters-in-law: Earnestine Treadaway, Atlanta, GA, Darlene Rawlins, Zebulon, GA and Joann Kelton, Shelbyville, TN; one brother-in-law: Roger Treadaway, Atlanta, GA; eight grandchildren: Mandy Fellenz, Kelly Treadaway, Stacy Clark, Lindsey Treadaway, Parker Treadaway, Spencer Treadaway, Rance Morgan and Rachel Morgan, nine great grandchildren: dear friends: Mary Carter, Barbara Christopher, Sherry Blankenship, Carol Futch and Susan Allen; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services for Mrs. Treadaway will be held, Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014 at three o’clock in the chapel of Roundtree Funeral Home. Interment will be Monday, Dec. 15, 2014, at two o’clock in the Eastview Cemetery, Zebulon, GA. The family will receive friends, Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014 from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
