Fargo, GA Rev. Troy Leo Lofton, Sr.60, passed away, Thursday, July 30, 2014, in the Clinch Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness. Mr. Lofton was born Aug. 28, 1953 in Homerville, GA to Louise Padgett Lofton and the late Leo Lofton. He worked for Ronnie Conners Logging as a logger and was a member of the Jesus Nation Worship Center. Survivors other than his mother, are his wife: Ann Brady Lofton, Fargo; two sons and daughter-in-law: Troy Leo & Kathren Lofton, Jr. and Shaun Lofton, all of Fargo; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Patricia & Tye Thomas, Homerville and Sylvia & Davy Stabler, Statenville; two brothers & sisters-in-law: John Earl & Megan Lofton, Fargo and Russell Allen & Debbie Lofton, Waycross; six grandchildren: Hunter Lofton, Chasity Lofton, Bradyn Lofton, Zachery Lofton, Parker Lofton and Dean Little and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services for Mr. Lofton will be held Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014 at two o’clock in the Edith Baptist Church. Interment will be in the Fargo Memorial Cemetery.
