Joyce Martin Hillhouse

Homerville, GA Mrs. Joyce Martin Hillhouse, 59, passed away Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013 at her residence following a short illness. Mrs. Hillhouse, was born Sept. 26, 1953 in Nashville, GA to the late Bill Martin and Annie Grantham Bailey and had lived in Clinch County most of her life. She was a member of the New Vision Church of God and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by one son: Raymond Hillhouse, Jr. and one brother: Shannon Martin. Survivors are her husband: Raymond Hillhouse, Homerville; two daughters and a son-in-law: Nancy & Thomas Sheffied, Lakeland and Valarie Watson, Homerville; three sisters and brothers-in-law: Lynda & Phil Hall, Valdosta, Rudine & Bobby Gene Finch, Homerville, and Luewoner & George Wilson, Ellaville, GA; two brothers: Bill Martin, Jr., Albany and Floyd Martin, Homerville; 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services for Mrs. Hillhouse will be held Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013 at ten o’clock from the New Vision Church of God. Interment will be in the Pine Forest Cemetery.
