Homerville, GA Ms Alisha Carol Padgett, 39, passed away Monday, Feb. 25, 2007, at her residence. Ms Padgett was born April 18, 1968, in Lake City, FL, to Edward Padgett and Carol Cribbs Padgett of Homerville, GA. She was the office manager for American Realtors in Valdosta. Survivors other than her father and mother are two daughters and sons-in-law: Shaina & Mitch Simpkin, Jacksonville, FL and Crystal & Glenn Hay, St. Augustine, FL; one son: Lance Lewis, Valdosta, GA; three brothers and sisters-in-law: Edward & Donna Padgett, Valdosta, GA, Abram & Linda Padgett, Gulf Port, MS and Jeff Padgett, Beaumont, MS; one grandson; Cody Simpkin, Jacksonville, FL; special aunt: Faye Gill, Valdosta; special friend: Becky Cribbs, St. George, GA; special uncle, Ronald Cribbs, Homerville; several nephews and other relatives. Services for Ms Padgett will be held Saturday, March 1, 2008 at eleven o’clock from the chapel of Roundtree Funeral Home. Memorilization will be by cremation.
