Christine Denmark Davis

Mrs. Christine Denmark Davis, 91, passed away Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, in the Haleyon Hospice, Atlanta, Georgia. Mrs. Davis was born Nov. 18, 1921, in Homerville, to the late John Lucius Darley and Alice Griffis Darley. She was a secretary for the Jacksonville Boys Home and had attended Valdosta State College and the Florida Community College in Jacksonville. Survivors are one daughter: Nancy Denmark Gillette, Jacksonville, FL; one son: Henry Denmark, Fitzgerald, GA; one sister: Latrelle Smith, New Berry, FL; nine grandchildren; and several other relatives. Graveside services for Mrs. Davis will be held Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at one o’clock from the Arabia Cemetery. Sympathy maybe expressed by signing the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net.
