Homerville, GA Mrs. Alzenia Glaster Jenkins, 71, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012, in the South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta. Mrs. Jenkins was born Apr. 11, 1941, in Lanier County, to the late Agilee Gloster and Maybell Daniels Gloster. She was a homemaker and a member of the St. Paul AME Church, Argyle, GA. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Latrelle Gilyard and a great great granddaughter, Jaz’lynn Gainey Survivors are her hauband: Daniel Jenkins, Homerville; two daughters and son-in-law: Mattie & Wade Jefferson, Argyle and Zenith Jenkins, Homerville; four sons and daughters-in-law: Cleo & Tina Jenkins, Gene & Raylene Jenskins and Roy & Wanda Jenkins all of Lakeland and Rodrequze & Krystal Gloster, Homerville; five sisters & brothers-in-law: Virginia Gloster, Lakeland, Mildred & Damon Gloster, all of Lakeland, Daisy Miller, St. Petersburg, FL, Mary & Nathaniel Lee & Verna Jean & Raymond Powell, all of Waycross; two brothers and sister-in-law: Johnnie Gloster, West Palm Beach, FL and George & Margaret Gloster, Valdosta; 21 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and a number of other relatives. Funeral services for Mrs. Jenkins will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012 at two o'clock from the Cornerstone Baptist Church. Interment will be in the Lovejoy Cemetery, Lakeland, GA.
