Mr. Delk was born March 31, 1972 in Clinch County, He was a member of the Lighthouse Assembly of God, Church Men’s Group and played the drums. He was a heavy equipment operator for Johnny Crumbley. Mr. Delk was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Tharp & Mary Jane Delk, maternal grandfather, Edward Davis and his step-maternal grandfather, Junior Deese. Survivors are his wife: Beth Davis Delk, Homerville; one daughter: Desirae Delk, Homerville; one son: Tuggie Delk, Homerville; father & step-mother: Henry Bruce & Carolyn Delk, Sr., Homerville: mother and step-father; Ann & R.L. Guy, Homerville; one sister and brother-in-law: Tammy and Perry Thompson, Homerville; two step-sisters and brothers-in-law: Leaonda & Jason Thomas, Jasper, FL and Donna & Todd Meadows, New Baden, IL: two step-brothers; Reb Guy & Kyle Guy, both of Homerville: maternal grandmother; Mary Jeanette Deese, Homerville: four nephews; Jack Thompson, Caleb Thompson, Gregory Thompson & Dennis Thompson all of Homerville; a special aunt: Bernice Benoit, Homerville and several other relatives. Services for Mr. Delk will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at two o’clock from the Lighthouse Assembly of God. Interment will be in the Pine Forest Cemetery.
